After careful consideration of the risk and uncertainty related to the ongoing coronavirus outbreak, we have made the difficult decision to postpone CICF 2020, originally scheduled on 7-10 July 2020, to 6-9 July 2021, in Shanghai.

Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused by these unforeseen circumstances. This decision is mostly motivated by CICF’s strong commitment to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all participants from around the world.

We would like to take this opportunity to express our deep appreciation for your interest in and support for CICF. This year we have received a total of 1332 submissions, a new record. The paper submissions will be kept on the Conference Maker system. We will re-activate the submission function in due time and reach out to submitting authors for reconfirmation and updating.
